What data we process and why

Enquiry form: name, company name if given, e-mail, phone, place of loading and unloading and the text of your message. We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and to negotiate the transport (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Spam protection of the form: when you send the form, your IP address and the time of sending are recorded. This serves only to detect automated bots and misuse of the form (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail and phone: if you contact us directly, we process the data you give us for the same purpose and in the same way as with the form.

We do not use data from the website for marketing, we do not send commercial messages and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries are kept for 1 year from sending and then deleted. If the enquiry leads to cooperation, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Spam-protection records (IP address) are deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest.

Who we share the data with

We do not pass data to third parties for their own use. Access is limited to our web-hosting and e-mail provider (as processor) and, where a transport is agreed, to an external carrier if this is necessary to perform it.

We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

Cookies

The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party services. That is why there is no consent banner.

It uses only technical cookies necessary for operation: remembering the language you choose in the language switcher (valid 1 year) and a short-lived cookie protecting the enquiry form (until you close the browser, and only when the form asks for a control question).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Just write to the e-mail address above. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
